Classified as one of the ‘Plus Beaux Villages’ in France, St. Suliac is located on the banks of the river in the Rance Valley in Brittany.

Fishermen’s cottages line the narrow streets and lanes which meander down to the water front. The friendly village has a grocery shop, boulangerie, bar, gift shop, post office, several creperies and an excellent restaurant. There is also a sailing school with dingy, catamaran and windsurfer hire. You may prefer just to fish or swim from the quay or lay on the beach. Nearby there are opportunities for horse-riding, golf, walking and of course shopping.
Lounge Area
The cottage is open plan with sitting dining and kitchen areas on the ground floor.

Living area: seating for 6/7 around with TV (Sky), DVD player, CD/radio provided.
Dining area: extending dining table with 6 chairs (extra chairs available), crockery, cutlery and tableware.
Kitchen area: Electric oven/hob, fridge with ice box, microwave, cooking utensils, pots & pans.

1st floor bedrooms share a house bathroom. Duvets, pillows & bedding are provided.
Double room: Glimpses of the river to the front of the property.
Single room: single bed with second bed stored beneath if needed.

2nd floor Large double bedroom with ensuite shower room with glimpses of the river.

Outside to the front of the property is a small lane (too narrow for traffic) where you are welcome to set up the picnic table and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee and afternoon aperitifs.

You may not feel the need to use your car again once settled in St. Suliac but if you should, the tourist sights of Mont St. Michel, Cancale, Dinan and Fourgeres are all less than an hour away.

St. Suliac lies 10km from the historic city of St. Malo, with ferry links from the Channel Islands, Poole, Weymouth and Portsmouth.

It is only 15km from the airport at Dinard and just over 50km to the airport in Rennes. St. Malo itself has a train station with high speed links to the rest of Europe.
